4.2 mile walk. I did a mile on the treadmill since it was pouring rain - and did it after a TRX class. At 0.3 miles in I was dying to get off, I just can't use the treadmill anymore. It was made worse by a young woman getting on the one right next to me (in a pretty empty room) and doing 1.8 mph while checking her phone (yes, I peeked). It was barely a drizzle when I left so I went home and went out (with a plastic bag so my iphone wouldn't drown). The weather behaved, I came across two deer jumping across the path and then a whole group of buzzards in the street fighting over some small roadkill. Took a quick pic, then kept moving so they wouldn't get any ideas.

no mileage..but lots of moving boxes...cabinets are lined up..just waiting for the plumber and the electrician. more hurry up and wait. Oh and just to add some more fun into the already hectic life...i get to have gull bladder surgery next week...
Oops, missed this. I had my gall bladder out years ago and you'll feel so much better afterwards and if you had issues with certain foods, they'll be gone. It felt like I did a million situps, more sore than pain (but enjoy the prescription drugs). :glasses:0 -
