My sister Djtwiggy & Keolam did the squats/deadlift Domino's pizza challenge yesterday. Squatting 40kg(88lbs)x5 & deadlifting 50kg(110lbs) x5 for 8 sets. Both weighing in at less than 130lbs. And the pizza nutritional info is 1008 cals 54P/163C/14F.

Also, including lat exercises like one arm rows, wide grip chins will help.
And Keola and my sister Monique did the chin up/Domino's pizza challenge. 8 sets of 3 chinups in total. 1000cals in the whole pizza
