I AM STRONG. Well, maybe that's an exaggeration....
I AM STRONGER THAN I WAS ON JANUARY 1, 2012. And, I fit into my jeans better than I did then.
But:
a. I have not had to buy new clothes because all of my clothes still fit. (And, yes, I *see* those of you who are posting that you are down 2 sizes!! 3 sizes!! 5 sizes!!!)
b. I certainly can't be reducing my "body fat percentage" if I'm not reducing my weight, for pete's sakes. On some level, I either need to expand my neck HUGELY (because big-necked girls have WAY less body fat percentage), or my forearms. Hmmmmmm.....popeye?? popeye?? where are you and what the hell sort of diet do you follow?? ("Spinach", says popeye)
c. I do not look good naked.
So there. Blech.0 -

See, i have teensy-tiny wrists. Teensy-tiny ankles. Which means, I have LIGHT bones. No heavy-carrying bones for Beeps. Nopey.
And, with my thin frame, it means that ALL of my jiggly parts are pure f*cking fat.
FAT.
Being skinny-fat is a lousy thing to be....don't ever let anyone tell you different.
Oh, and having moles on your body, when you're skinny fat, also sucks. As do the stretch-marks that make me look like I had quite the ordeal with pregnancies (I didn't...)

1. period (don't have it)
2. kids (they aren't around - I'm at work)
3. husband (he's actually very supportive of everything I try and do re: health and fitness)
4. mother (she lives in another city and I haven't even talked to her this week)
5. boss

who says you cant reduce BF without reducing weight?
Do you have a set of calipers? casue i do.. and i lost almost 2% BF and only lost .4 of a pound over the last month.

Losing weight and losing body fat ( which is more likely to happen on a weights program than weight loss per say) are two TOTALLY different things.. i saw a site today i hope i can find it again..if i do i will repost it.. it was pictures of different people at different body fat percentages.. really interesting..

Oh Beeps. I am right there with you girl! Scale goes up by 7 lbs. in 8 weeks. Yeah, I know that's not all muscle and retention. Annoying!0
