21F here and snowing....AGAIN. Didn't have my slip-on ice cleats for my walk today so I did a little unintentional skating today. My usual trail had several long stretches of glare ice. Also didn't walk as far as I would have liked to but I managed to get 1.8 miles in. My pace was significantly slower due to trying not to seriously bust my @ss.

Cold and snowing today. Shoveled sidewalks instead of walked today. Don't think I will be making goal this month. I forgot I was going to some seminars for work this month and wouldn't have time to get my biking in on those days. Now with the snow won't be getting as many walking miles in the next few days as I usually do.0 -

Hey Dave, Glad you didn't bust your Keester. At least it's not as cold as hear. 0 degrees this morning. Could ride my fat tire bike because it frozen into the mount on the bike rack. Stay warm and keep your feet under you.0
