I decided to start a new thread, for the easy stroll that is phase 2!
I'm back at it today. Obviously I took yesterday, my 50th birthday off.
Today:
B: whole grain toast with peanut butter
S: olives
Haven't figured out the rest yet! Must go to the market.
I want to make a 3-4 bean soup like this:

In the end I made a version of a five bean soup and grilled some chicken sausages. Enough soup for lunch all week!0

Yesterday looked like this:
B: scrambled eggs, Ezekiel toast, butter, V8
S: green smnoothie
L: refried beans with salsa verde and light baby bel melted in...veggie burger wrap
baked code, brown rice, grilled asparagus and sweet mini peppers
tea, pistachios, fresh strawberries and ff reddi whip0 -
So far 50 is great!
Today's plan:
B: yogurt/PB/chia
S: string cheese
L: beans, chicken sausage, spinach
S: hard boiled egg
a bit warm salad hubs is making
small green smoothie0 -
My menu for today is not that great:
B: grilled cheese using Ezekiel bread and low fat swiss, v8
L: Amy's light and lean bean and cheese burrito, small honey crisp apple
S: yogurt and strawberries
no idea
pistachios, tea, and not sure what else
Apparently I need to get to the store...AGAIN!0 -

Instead of just calling it a wash when things get a bit wonky, making the best choices possible is super duper wonderful. I love it. Cuz things happen.

Not finished with menu...but pretty standard stuff from me...I just love it so much, hard to get away...I mean, I really look forward to my toast and butter in the morning...I eat the eggs first and then for "dessert" have my toast...so so good.
