@Kar328: At 99 degrees, You would only have wasted your energy raising your middle finger?
If it burned a calorie, it might have been worth it.
Still with the 99+ degree weather so I took it to the treadmill and ran 3.1 miles, stopping at each mile to play with the speeds. Feels so different than outside.
Miles to @anaconda469 please

@Taxmom9093, thank you and i will take it easy. I am healing, but my brain is telling me to get with the program, my body is going no you don't. To all, heartfelt thanks for all the good wishes. @verdemujer, The Bend ride is July 11th. I have already decided no half Century, going to do the 25 miler instead. I just don't think I can be ready for big miles in time. I will focus on Tour de Blast (the Mount St Helens) ride up the mountain in September. I am hoping I can participate in the Tour de France challenge coming up. If I can ride every stage, I may have to cut my miles per day back for a while. @LoveMyAlex, good luck on your knee replacement. I hope they will let you at least get up and walk around. I have made a milestone today, logged into MFP for 1000 days. Yeah me!
I just looked at the spreadsheet, I haven't been before as I have been feeling pretty sad, but I have discovered I am in the green! Still way behind, but I am not so sad anymore. Thanks for all the donations of miles!

Making GOAL (and donating bonus miles now) is @K80FLEC!!! :drinker:
@STEPBYSTEP6 - I went back and checked and on Page 2 of this thread, you said 46 miles was your goal. I'm kinda funny about round numbers myself, but I figured if that's what you wanted to go for, who am I to interfere!
@CEECEEMEE - We'd never give you the boot!! You're one of the long-timers around here!
@TAPPY44 - Hope your knee is feeling better soon!! And I'm not sure we missed updating you so much as we were probably just a day behind in updating. You're all caught up now though! :drinker:
@TAZZYTHATSME - Well if I don't catch you before then, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! :drinker:

Century Ride on Saturday - I signed up for the whole thing and I'll just have to see how I feel as I come up to the big climb portion of the ride. I haven't had the training this year and am still about 17 lbs over where I weighed last year. But if I do that ride - wow - I just might make goal this month.0 -

4.1 mile walk in the lovely heat again. Thought I'd run into the judgmental mommies waiting to pick up the kids, but I apparently was a few mins early - saw the neighbor dad heading that way as I was turning up my block. My middle finger was ready this time.
I think I need to do my weigh ins after these walks - even after drinking 32 oz of water and wearing sweaty clothes, my weight was still lower than yesterday's weigh in.
Miles to @anaconda4690 -
Added another 2 miles walking over lunch again today!

@kar328, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have never expected so many willing to help me reach goal. I am starting to ramp up, but these darn anxiety episodes when I come to a downhill or slope is driving me nuts. I have been sucking it up and going down, but using a lot of brakes right now. But I am finding other back streets to ride, but this weekend I am going to ride my big route, out of town. It is getting boring just riding close to home. We have been having a heat wave, upper 80's for over 10 days, but along with that, swirling winds. Makes comeback riding a little more difficult. Got some miles in today, but Strava crashed during my ride so I am guesstimating a lower number.
06/15 - 10.0 miles cycling
06/16 - 1.0 miles walking
06/17 - 11.0 miles cycling

You're welcome I admire how you're continuing to do what you can and overcome the mental obstacles that popped up. The mental challenge is harder than the physical one, but you're kicking *kitten*. Kudos.
