Leftover salmon made into sushi with cream cheese, cucumber, avocado and spicy mayo. I was too impatient to try it, should have possibly refrigerated it a bit to firm it up. A little tricky without the rice, but the cream cheese helped stick it together. I ate a bunch of salmon on the side, next time more will go inside.

@Ktn - I don't think that anything could match your black bear ribs - but I could look for some Aussie crocodile. I have never tried croc btw.
I'll be waiting for the photos from that dinner ! I've only got the one pack of bear ribs and one bear roast left, but lots of bones for soup in the freezer. So I'll be waiting for when the time is right to cook those ribs, I'll probably think on a good recipe first. I've got time....the plan to shoot the bear started two years go.
Bring on the crocodile ! I hear it's kind of tough and you should marinate it first.0 -

Tonight's dinner is avocado, prawns and mayo in nori seaweed. Love nori as it is high in protein. I added chia seeds for texture. Yummy and easy.
What is his rationale for the egg limit? Most days I eat 3 or 4 eggs.
Good question. When I said I was eating 3 or 4 a day he just looked at me and said I'd like you to limit that to one. I assumed it was a cholestorol thing but I was soaking up too much new information to enquire further.
Will let you know in January when I visit again as to what he's thinking. He has degrees in pharmacy, medicine and nutrition so assumed he was well informed and rolled with his choice. I will ask!0 -
