Hoping for test run #2 tonight. I know my issue isn't gone as I can still trigger the sensation, but hoping it might be ok for smaller runs. I was going to go last night, but somehow I strained one of the tendons associated with my big toe while I slept on Sunday night O.o So didn't feel wise to try and run on it.0

and my left hip started aching. I'll be stretching it out today0 -
Two years ago, I was training for a 10k and ran 6 miles in 1:08:07. Last year, training for a half marathon and ran 12 miles in 2:07:31. Yesterday, 6 weeks post-op, I ran 2 miles in 22:43. I'm happy with that!1
