    Today is pouring down rain. But that's ok. Had a great walk in it anyway. Today was a suicide awareness 1 mile walk or a 5k run. This cripple don't run so I walked it with my 2 teenage girls. The one has contemplated suicide numerous times and tried once. Her sister has tried twice. Both times she was hospitalized overnight from her od. Luckily she is still with us. Thankfully both girls have been diagnosed with depression and are being treated for it now. The walk/run is out at one of our recreation lakes. There is a trail around it just under 2 miles around. Everyone gets a white shirt to wear and all along the way there are people with powdered tempra paint throwing paint powder on you as you go along the trail so when you get to the end you have a rainbow "tie-dyed" shirt. The rain helped set the paint into the shirts. The girls really thought it was lots of fun and a great cause too.

    And Janice. It's only 43 here today. At least it isn't white crap that I have to shovel.

    Hubby and I went for an hour walk around the neighborhood and then after my knee started hurting, I hope this
    isn't things to come. I know my weight has to do with it too, so that is another story, I won't bore you.
    I have been getting treatments at the chiropractor and it has helped.

    I just finished making ground turkey chili for dinner and now making make ahead mashed potatoes for
    tomorrow's dinner.

    Ruthie- I hope you had a wonderful birthday!

    Sunny- Congrats on the lower weight today, keep up the good work.

    I better get back to my potatoes.

    I hope all my losers had a beautiful Easter weekend.

    We got a good bit of rain over the weekend which has helped our pollen count finally drop.

    Planning on a beach vacation next month and really looking forward to that! I'm ready for a break.

    I decided to do a selfie yesterday so I could change my profile picture. Not into doing selfies but that is what I came up with.

    Have not decided what I want to do today but will probably clean house and do laundry.

    Hello Losers,

    We had a quiet Easter with my hubby and mother in law. The weather was exceptional and we had
    drinks on the patio. We have some left overs because I made a turkey only 10 lbs. Lots of veges for
    tonight's dinner. I made up a plate for my mother in law to take home too.

    Today is rain, rain and high winds. I did make it to yoga class and went on my bike for 15 mins.
    Now doing laundry and watching some TV.

    Are you still doing the starch solution???
    I am not losing anything after the initial few pounds. Not up or down just staying the same??? Think I will abandon this plan after my lab work for my physical on April 20. Have not had any meat with the exception of one ribeye since I started on February 9. So hoping my blood work will be good. It is easy except the bloat and no weight loss!!!

    @CALIECAT Marie how is the starch plan working for you???
