I'm on day 15 of keto. I did a month of Atkins before starting keto and lost 8 pounds of water weight on Atkins. So, my original starting weight was 180. But for keto here goes:

    SW: 171.5
    CW: 169
    GW: 125

Weight loss seems to be incredibly slow on keto, but it was non-existent on Atkins (after losing the initial water weight). But, at least I'm losing. I just feel like I'm working soooo hard on it. I'm only consuming 1400 calories a day (deficit of 500 cals) and walking to brink of exhaustion... all for 1/2 pound a week weight loss. I'm trying really hard not to feel discouraged to the point of giving up.

Welcome to all the newbies! You're doing great!

Me, I'm up a bit, but not giving in anytime soon!

    SW: 248 (May 31)
Loss: 19 lb in 30 days
    CW: 238 (as of Thursday)

Probably water weight going up and down, still working on electrolyte balance - or else it was sneaky artificial sweeteners, so I guess no more SF Jell-O for me :(

I have done low carb before, but as is life, it's been a yo-yo thing.

Started back again 9 days ago, so using that as starting point. Joined this group shortly after, and you all are fantastic!

    SW:190.x
    CW: 192.6
    GW: 155
    I am 5'11.
    Way to go, everyone!

    Started 2nd week of Feb

    SW - 242
    CW - 209.6
    GW (initial) - 170 (13% BF)
    GW (2nd) - 185

I actually weigh daily. It helps me keep accountable to myself. The second goal is my planned keto "bulk", after I kill the fat, that involves a lot of pick things up and put them down. I know my lean mass (148 lbs) due to regular bod pod readings, so BF% is more my true goal than an actual weight.

    6/15 - 208.6 lbs - 28.6% BF

    6/22 - 208.0 lbs - 28.3%

    6/29 - 205.9 lbs - 27.6% BF

    7/6 - 204.2 - 27% BF (149 lbs lean mass)

I actually say 203.2 earlier this week, but I think I am holding a bit of stress weight from a couple of awful days at the office.

    7/13 - 200.8 - 25.7% BF (149 lbs lean mass)

    GW: 170ish - ~10% BF

Still cruising along with the fat loss. Its about time for another BodPod measurement to get updated numbers and make sure my lean number is still accurate.

7/20 - 198.2 (onederland!!) - 25.8% be (147 lbs of lean mass per body pod yesterday)

Too many carbs. Weight loss is stagnant.

Hey there! I'm down nearly three pounds from last week.

I'm down another two pounds since Tuesday!

    SW 217
    CW 204
    GW 160

I think in some of my posts my SW states 216, it was 216.8, so it's better to round up, I think. Just wanted to clear it up.
