My thoughts are with everyone who has shared their stories.2 -

July 28: 8.6 miles of mostly walking around hospital emergency room. My brother in law was taken to hospital and had a stroke. They thought it was a massive one even though he walked to the ambulance. Gave him TPA and he has full movement the speak is still rough and of course lots of confusion. But he made it through the first 36 hours.
July 29: 10.21 miles today. Got up early to run in the fog. I was one dripping sweat ball today. I would say the worst run humidity and dew point wise but I squeezed out 5.21 miles and walked 5 more. Hope to get a long one in tomorrow morning.
TTD: 545.08 miles

And....between going over a presentation in my head and listening to a podcast, I lost track of time. Plus, it was really nice being outside under the trees next to the river. Somewhere around 3.5 miles later (oops) I realized I should probably turn around and head back to the car. No permanent damage, but I ended up with a major cramp in my calf that made the last mile and a half back to the car really difficult. Not to mention the trip to the grocery store afterwards. Boy am I glad I didn't have any appointments yesterday, that would have been a problem. Thankfully, after some ibuprofen and foam rolling, the leg seems much better, but I'm not going to push it too much today.
Added 7.5 miles for a July total of 119.25 miles
Looks like I should make my goal today
Glad you survived the heat and the walk.0 -

@clepant I am sorry to hear about your BIL. And I'm glad you weren't hit the other day, horrible drivers are so infuriating!0

Why did I agree to move my daughter from one third floor apartment to another third floor apartment? According to my fitbit, I climbed 35 flights of stairs yesterday, most of that carrying boxes or furniture. Plus one trip up with a bicycle. Add in all the walking, unpacking and apartment cleaning and I am glad we got it all done in one day. Did I mention the rainstorm in the middle of the move? While moving most of the heavier furniture? Oh well, I'm glad we do not need to do that more than once a year.
Added 3.5 miles walking for a July total of 124.75 miles.
Hope Everyone Has a Wonderful Weekend!

Awesome job Chris!
@clepant, Thank you!
Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the bike for 48 mins and an episode of Mr. Robot. Don't think it's a bike-ridin' show. Then shopped then made soup. A good Saturday!
07/29 - 1.49 miles
07/30 - 7.14 miles
07/30 - 12.25 bike miles
Hope everyone has a fine Sunday!
