Sabine, congrats on your reboot going well.
Magic, you know when I don't get my lunch salad, I really miss it. Habit, I guess. I finally found a good habit ;-).
Today:
B: V8 juice, Bran Buds, skim milk, banana
L: clementine, spinach salad with Laughing Cow herb and garlic cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumbers, snap peas, radishes, sunflower seeds, carrots, roasted red peppers, butter beans
Snacks: pear/skim mozzarella stick; plain FF yogurt/apple
Dinner: mixed green salad, sauteed shrimp and scallops, broccoli and cauliflower mix, mini whole wheat bagel, pistachios0 -

Thanks! It is going well. Of course, last night's chardonnay showed up as a stall this morning, BUT! I also got a random period, so, tomorrow, or so will look great on the scale!0 -
Doing great people im still logging, court thus Friday for accident so im stressed out, its just a dispute on injuries, but im stressed, spine review 28th, lets keep up, I may nit be perfect but I try, and sbd is really really great, 5 kg gone, so far,.1

Day 10 of my reboot. It's going well.
Today's plan:
Activity: Yoga, and 10k steps somehow.
Br: protein shake and turkey sausage, and some mushrooms
sn: broccoli
lu: big salad with sardines
sn: pork rinds, because yum

activity: 13,000 steps

sn: the sweet potato "toast" with peanut butter (see other thread)
lu: weird!!! I rolled up 3 ham slices with cream cheese, had some broccoli
sn: string cheese and 3 jujubes
di: bbq salmon and asparagus
I bought some artichokes...am pondering steaming those, but may save for tomorrow!0 -
Busy here. Back to mason jar salads on Sunday. Will make time to make for the work week. Btw Sabine. I love my steamed artichokes. Silver, you inspired me to get back to salads at work. I just got lazy to make ahead.

Morning: protein shake, turkey sausage, mushrooms
lu: big caesar salad with sardines or salmon
sn: broccoli
di: protein and veg, no idea what the protein will be, but the veg will be artichokes!

Day 14 of my reboot, a bit of a challenge with houseguests
Brunch: huevos rancheros, minus the tortilla
snack: artichoke and hollandaise
dinner: protein and veg.
This reboot has been a resounding success. I may do it for another week or so.0 -
