Hi, folks. I've been off the grid for a while while I moved from NY to GA. I am now at my new place, with lots of work still to be done. Somehow, even with lots of restaurant eating, I managed to lose a couple of pounds. Anyway, I'll start posting my menus tomorrow. Too tired tonight. Glad to see you folks fighting the good fight.0

I'm out of the country for the next two weeks for work. Am staying at a colleague's house, however, and I told him we're eating "protein and veg for every meal, and nuts, seeds, cheese or fruit for snack". He said "of course". YAY.0

Hi ladies...got back to a pretty good routine. Things are just nuts here. Thinking of buying my own home and it has unnerved me a bit. Think I will go back to just thinking of moving when my lease is up in May. Very confused at this point. Congrats Silver on YOUR move to your new home. Hope you did not hit any horrible weather wit the hurricane.
Today's plan:
b scrambled eggs with a touch of freshly grated parm/reg and salsa, zip fizz
l chicken sammie on 100 cal round whole wheat with mayo and lettuce, wholly guaca with celery
s sweet tango apple, zipp fizz
d fish, stir fry veggies, salad with newman's own
d HC bar with peanut butter
Off to pedal a bit.
Have a successful trip, Sabine...stay safe. Nice friend to feed you what works for you.

A bit too much PB yesterday...measure using scale...32 grams...probably went to 42. That little bit messes with my head. Today, sticking with 32. It really makes a difference using a food scale. It's not that much.
Today's Plan
b eggs and zip fizz
l chicken sammie on 100 cal whole wheat round with mayo and lettuce, sweet tango apple
s guaca and celery, zip fizz
d stir fry fresh veggies with fish
d HC frozen fudge bar with 32 grams PB (Picky about PB...I am now using Trader Joes organic natural with no salt...really good...tastes like freshly made almost)
That's it. Calming myself down and forgetting about moving for awhile.

Canadian Thanksgiving success! My host made some amazing meals, and made a stuffing with NO bread in it. It was phenomenal.1
