Yes, thank you, I've been hitting it hard with stretches throughout the day to unfreeze it. We often talk about something being a pain in the butt...this time I literally have a pain in the butt!
@NicoleL874 looks amazing!!!2 -
@anbrdr and @Ultima_Morpha The other photo was from March, about 40lbs ago, the new one is my current fav!2

My wife and I were hugging. Just because we love each other, standing in the kitchen. She wrapped her arms around me and said "I can get my arms all the way around you now." I love her so much!7

My nine year old says that now almost every time she hugs me. I never get tired of hearing it!5 -
Knee high boots. Normal width calf. Slipped right on. Boom.9

Went home to NY to see friends and a lot of my husband's family (family does not know what I did and never will if I can help it) and got the best reactions! came back yesterday afternoon, weighed myself last night and this morning and weight appears to be in check - all while enjoying pizza among other amazing food - SCORE!6

Size SIX jeans. SIX? WHAT? (and one size four...total fluke, but I'll take it!)7

I weighed in this past Sunday and officially weight less than I have since 1999! Also, chalk it up to different body composition than in the past and different brands, but I am wearing smaller pants than I have since....as far back as I remember paying attention to my pants size.3

I've logged over 1,000 miles since I started tracking my mileage on 27 Feb 2016. Prior to that I was mostly doing intervals on the treadmill and elliptical. In the beginning, I wasn't running more than 3-5 miles at a time and my average pace was 10-11 minutes per mile.
In June I managed my first 10-mile run and that has been my "regular" distance since. I hit my best time a few weeks ago at 89 minutes and change. My biggest week was 70 miles; that was part of a 4 week run where I logged a total of 190 miles. My average pace is down to around 9.5 minutes per mile...this I would like to work on.
I'll run my first official half marathon in 16 days...7 -

1. Made it through FOUR separate Thanksgiving meals and lost around 2.5lbs for the week.
2. Instead of punching yet ANOTHER hole in my belt, I got a new one.

I had an NSV that is sort of actually scale related but a victory all the same...lol.
Went into the RediClinic for Strep test and the doctor thought the nurse had noted my weight wrong because she couldn't believe that I weighed 145 and not 125!
I'd love to be 125 but I'm all thunder and lightening from the waist down...I'd have to have some serious muscle wasting for that to happen.3 -
I did my first 5k yesterday! It was 31 degrees and snowing. My beard (full Santa suit) caused some technical difficulties along the way. I still managed to finish in 37 minutes! WOO HOO! I just started running late September, so I'll take it!10

Yay! Long live the bariathletes!4 -
I got two legs into one leg of an old pair of jeans and then found one of my old sweaters and myself and my husband fit in it (arms and all) and zipped it up with both of us in it. I can run now. I started running last month and for the first time ran a mile straight without stopping and am now up to 3 miles.9

I have clavicles! I haven't seen those in more years than I care to remember. Went down a notch on my Fitbit band. This week someone at work who didn't know about the surgery noticed I look thinner, she's the first person to notice! Started exercising this week (am 4 weeks post op) and am already walking faster and for longer than I did before. I'll have to start jogging if I go much faster!8
