    I finished challenges this morning. I won't be back home until tonight when I might get a few more minutes cardio. I'll enter my cardio for the week tonight or tomorrow (it isn't anywhere near what it's been... life is back to normal!).

    My food this week:

    Monday: strawberries (red) and sweet potato (orange)
    Tuesday: cucumber (green), tomato (yellow)
    Wednesday: sweet potato (orange) and spinach (green)
    Thursday: avocado (green) and tomato (red)
    Friday: blackberries (purple) and banana (white?)

    Colours used: green, red, orange, yellow, purple, white?

    @MissionEnforcer I am not sure what colour banana goes as, but regardless I met all the criteria.

    Oatmeal was already cleared for Tan and the Multi-Grain Cheerios uses 5 whole grains (Oats, Corn, Rice, Sorghum and Millet)

    That is at least 2 colors for 5 days. Total colors used are 6: Green, Red, Yellow, Tan, Orange, White

    Just a quick check in to say that I've completed the challenges. I completed challenge 1 and 3 yesterday and today I completed challenge 2: the arm videos. I did the quick burn twice and the arm video with weights once. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. :-)

    121 minutes for race today plus board and equipment schlepping, etc.

    Place 3rd in my division and 5 of 7 in my board size for women in the three mile race. My best time ever. :)

    Monday - summer squash lasagne with spinach (green and yellow), salad with pees, cabbage and orange peppers (orange, white and dark green) and green beans.
    Tues -cantelop (orange), honeydew (light green) and watermelon (red), tomatoes (red) and lettuce (light green).
    Wed - sweet potato fries and regular fries - ovenbaked (white and orange), muffins with whole grain flour (brown), banana (white)
    Thurs - banana (white), whole grain muffin (brown), cucumbers (green), baby carrots (orange)
    Friday - strawberries (red), carrots (orange), potato (white)

    Hi all. I've been out of town returned home late last night and couldn't get into the spreadsheet. Had to leave again early this morning and just when I attempted to update the spreadsheet our power went out!

    I have completed all 3 challenges and the food rainbow, so will try again to update when I get home later this evening.

    Oh, this week stunk. I'm glad it is over. Jumping challenge done a little each day. Still working on arms.

    I'm on vacation and having trouble getting into the spreadsheet. I finished the arms workout in hotel yesterday plus did some planks. Today I ran a half marathon. Can someone enter 9 minutes for me on Friday and 192 for Saturday? Plus the 10 for the Nemo challenge. I've done the color challenge but not sure I'll be able to log it for verification.

    So far, Monday: Green (Spinach, Cucumber, Avocado), Orange (Carrot), Brown (Whole grain sandwich thin), Purple (Raisin)

    This should be pretty easy for me as I'm pretty sure I generally hit a ton of colors. :)

    Tuesday: Green (Spinach, Cucumber, Lettuce), Red (Tomato, Strawberry, Apple? unless it's white)

    Wednesday: Green (Spinach, jalapeño), Yellow (Sweet corn), Red (Tomato)

    Thursday: Green (Spinach, Cucumber, Avocado), Purple (Raisin), Red (Strawberry, Apple), Yellow (Sweet Corn)

    Friday: Green (jalapeño, spinach, avocado), Yellow (pineapple), Red (Apple)

    And complete.

    Nov. 12 62 minutes walking + 30 minutes day 12, 30 Day Abs + Legs + Glutes Challenge = 92 minutes
    Nov. 13 155 minutes walking + 30 minutes day 13, 30 Day Abs + Legs + Glutes Challenge + 15 minutes jumping rope + 15 minutes Fitness Blender stretching = 215

    I'm only able to add 15 to the minutes for today. Dealing with some foot pain last couple days that I suspect might have been caused by the jumping rope exercises. Drat!

    My little dog Millie is recovering from her back surgery, so we did several slow walks around the yard. She's ready for prime-time, but I'm trying very hard to keep to doctor's orders and also not further injure my foot.

    Ready for a new destination! Hopefully one with some lower impact challenges!
