I want to lose 10 lbs. I really do. I gained them - bang - when I turned 50 and I just turned 52 and they didn't go away as fast as they appeared.
I can't look away any longer. My stomach is BIG!!!!0 -

At spin today - where I was dressed as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer mind you - I was grousing that I didn't think I was getting stronger at spin. The trainer suggested I add a yoga class or 2 to my roster - to which I said, why not?3

I actually logged my food today, and completed my dairy. Mostly accurate. Baby steps, I think :-)3

Day off today...painting, exercising and cleaning on my to do list, with a little work from home (yes, I said day off, but I am addicted to my work...LOVE IT).

Back to lifting twice a week after a three week break to built the Fire Department table. Planning a three session a week schedule, Weights Tuesday and Thursday, HIT cardio on the weekend.

Today, I want to achieve a menu plan for the week, some exercise and the Christmas decorations packed neatly away.1

Today, I want to accomplish my first exercise of 2017, get all of the Christmas ornaments put neatly away and hopefully work in a little bookkeeping for the son's business.

So, I did the exercise. 20 minutes on the stationary bike and some upper body weights. It's a start. As for the the ornaments getting put away or time in my home office--- NOT. The hubby asked me to come out and help him clear some stuff out of the garage for about 30 minutes to an hour. It actually took the rest of the day. But the truck is loaded with stuff for the dump and the garage looks a whole lot better!
