            Midweek update:
Today is Day 100 of my weight loss journey! I am so proud that I did not give up and consistently stayed motivated. A lot of it has to do with this group. Half of the weight loss till today is contributed by OMAD. I am thankful to @arguablysamson for sharing his journey with all of us on YouTube, because of which I managed to stumble upon this group. Thank you everyone for always encouraging me and motivating me along my journey. This is going to be a long journey and I hope to carry on just as I have managed to so far.
Starting weight: 105 kg/231 lbs
Current weight: 88.3 kg/194.3 lbs
Weight loss in 100 days: 16.7 kg/ 36.74 lbs4 -

I am thankful for this week's loss. Managed to stay under 50 gms of carbs and even less than 20 gms on a couple of days. I hope to maintain this weight in the coming week.

            Week 9 results:
No big losses yet worth it. I was stagnant on 3 days where the weight did not budge, not even the decimals. Thankfully the scale moved on its own. I like weighing every day. It gives me control on a day to day basis.

I cheated quite a bit today.. Had a Magnum Classic Ice cream outside of my eating window, which was around 25 gms carbs!
 I crossed my daily limit of carbs today. Lets see how my weight turns up tomorrow.                         0 -
