Ok so just 118.8 kg, that's only 300g after a sushi day, sounds good to me
I plan to do something sweet today but will see ...
Well today pork tongue, mashed potatoes and aioli sauce
Tomorrow will be holliday , but till then a hard work day

Yes, Sushi is one of my favorites and I like a lot that Omad let's you play with any kind of food you like
Today meal ham, gouda cheese,tomatoes, surimi sticks and a little cake which was not ready when I made the photo
Tomorrow will be mum anniversary but as we work, we will celebrate her today
She is 75 and yesterday I bought her a lot of presents and did not patience till tomorrow so I already given her these, she was so delighted!

Day 17 119.3kg but I want to keep my goal of minimum 4 kg in August as I wished, keeping carbs a little lower from now on
Well busy days at the office for two weeks, I will replace my boss and things are not so easy
But will manage
The window is 16 17 to eat and here it is the meal of today and Friday : sauteed cabbage with roasted duck

Well for tomorrow I prepared my version of taco salad - so two wraps as a base and the salad : sardines, baby spinach, corn and yogurt and lemon dressing
Can't wait till tomorrow
I think if I am well planned with meaIs I will not cheat and have good results

Stressing day for me today at job and my nephew will also have an operation, he is just 3 months so fingers crossed for the little baby...

I have arrived to the conclusion that stress makes me hugrier and I have the tendency to break the fast
So I have to manage in this way, it is not for nothing that I want for August to be more Zen

Yes, I am an emotional eater too, but since starting Omad I see I can manage better this
The intervention was postphoned to Wednesday, they said that during the weekend the specialist are less present and it is a special case as he is so little , so they will make this next week

So today the intervention from 7 to 8 in the morning they are to be reaching to the hospital, than 2 hours the anesthesia , than 3 hours the intervention and then my niece and the baby will stay in the hospital till Saturday if everything goes well
Uf, tough day...
Omad is still here for me , doing low carb , stressing job, thoughts only for the little one so that 's it...0 -

Well I think it's time to go back again to my journal
The little baby is going well, I still go with OMAD daily except weekends
I plan to eat more green leaves and meat and keep in balance the carbs and try to have a better month than August!
Today some cod filletes and perk filletes and green leaves , seasoning oil and lemon
