Woohoo for the 220s haven't seen a number this low since freshman/sophmore year in high school, can't wait to get to numbers I haven't seen since middle school! Being obese my whole life has sucked but I'm happy to finally be changing my habits and doing it all naturally!8 -
Analyzed my food log and saw that it's never a good idea to skip dinner. I just ended up snacking on all the salty things in my pantry. Bad idea. I should plan better. Tomorrow I will!2

Hi team,
I'll be out of the country starting tomorrow until the 22nd. I'm not sure if I'll have access to a scale. I'll be in Dubai, and I'll be back on my scale on December 27, 2017.

Woke up with a headache and a sick little girl. I am hoping the flu has not entered my house. I don't think my grandmother could survive from it. I am going to try and get my water and planks in hope everyone is healthy and staying warm. Have a blessed day.2

Well I managed to peel my butt out of bed and get on the treadmill for 30 minutes before work. It has been almost 2 months since I have done this. I was previously in a pretty good habit of getting in 30-45 minutes every morning. I'm struggling with untreated sleep apnea and as a result I do not sleep well and wake up tired every morning. Which is another reason I need to fight it and get my butt up....Losing this weight will improve all of that. Hoping to be able to get this habit back into gear this week!4

Yes lol!! sorry thanks for catching that. I'm at work, and the dates got mixed up from January 9, 2018 until January 22nd I'll be out of the country. My weigh in is on Saturday, so I thought 27th would cover me.3 -
I was at a Fac/Staff assembly for the start of the Spring semester where I work and has several people congratulate me on my weight loss. I had not seen them since early December. first time people (outside my family) have said anything about my weight loss.9

Today I went for a 30 minute walk outside! I was cold at first but then I started to warm up which told me I was actually getting a workout! I’m trying to keep on this track so that I can be fit and healthy.
I have possibly lost about four lbs in the past two weeks so yay!
Just wanted to tell you where I am at in my progress.4 -

I was not able to get up early this morning, although I know every time when I was able to, I always felt great the whole day after exercise.

I found a great 30 minute video for Zumba on youtube. I did it all and I think I'll be sore tomorrow. I kicked, squatted, lunged, danced, swang my hips.... all the moves I havent done in a few years. Haha5

@JulieAL1969 That sounds like a lot of fun!! I always say I'm gonna do a video workout but never get around to it, and I'm too self conscious to go to a class.2 -
It took me 3.5 hours to dig my from under the snow. That's my exercise for today. 6 glasses of water down so far.3

I got my water in yesterday. I did so great before 10pm. Then, I had a candy binger. Almost 600 calories! Ugh, so mad!!! I was at 1200 before then. I did get back up on the treadmill this morning, though only for 20 minutes as I was running a little behind. The plan is to get back on this evening though. I meal prepped last night to be very healthy today. I just need strength for those late night snacking hours. Good news is, I cleaned out the candy last night so there is no more left to eat tonight. Lol. Somehow I have in my head it's fun to snack in bed while I play games on my phone just before sleeping.....maybe I have to quit playing the cooking games!!0

Today is my Monday since I took yesterday off and I am excited to be back on track and get back into the gym after work today.

Morning ya'll! So glad it finally warmed up to above freezing yesterday lol we might even get into the 60s later this week. Go figure, blizzard one week, 60s the next. Yesterday I did really well with my water and calorie intake! I hit 64 oz, which I haven't done in a really long time. I want to try and hit that again plus a few extra.
Side note: When you start drinking more water than you're used to, remember to use the restroom before leaving work for a long commute2 -

Great job keeping up your workout.
I have been so far on course. This year I decided to introduce a small change at a time. first was to have only 3 meals, no snacks. Then, I added healthiest food choices one at a time. this week I am back to the gym. First goal is just to get there; I can do jogging on the treadmill or weights, or even just sit in the sauna .
you know what's the hardest thing? The no snacks part. Especially after dinner. i made it through for >7 days!laurenebargar wrote: »How is everyone today?

Hi everyone, I'm in Chicago now heading to Frankfort Germany I've managed to get in 11,563 steps today which is awesome.
My goal for this week is to get as many steps in as I can!! I will give an update tomorrow.
I mentioned before I'll be out of the country for almost 2 weeks, so I won't be able to weigh in during the normal Saturday weigh in.
I'll be able to weigh in the last Saturday of January.

For the challenge I can put your weight at the same value for Jan 13 and Jan 20 as you have for Jan 6. This way you remain in the challenge, but minimal effect on Team Flab-U-Less's result. (and no reminders from Lauren (@laurenebargar.) and Shawna (@shawna357.) for weigh-in)
