@veronicaringel You look wonderful. Well done and just try to stay about the same now as you look fabulous, I think your scales are wrong! I'm currently just a couple of pounds heavier than 158 and let me tell you I look NOTHING like you (not helped by the age gap!!)2

I did go down to 241 lbs but then shark week happened ...
TMI: I haven't been on them for months. This is really interesting, I am almost sure that Keto did this as nothing else has changed in my lifestyle.
It could be, as it's a diet that works well for people with PCOS. Good luck this week too!1 -

I didn't bother to check in sunday since my TOM was finishing up and I gave into a million cravings last week. Weighed in today and I'm moving on down the scale again. I'd like to be 229 by next check in and 225 by 1/31. Those are my targets, but of course going to be kind and compassionate with myself as I make my way.
Well done, good start and the best thing is to do exactly what you say about being kind to yourself on the way.0 -

me: but just because I don't naturally eat breakfast so I tend to go from about 8 to 8.30 at night to anything between 12 and 4 in the afternoon depending if I'm hungry, some days, like yesterday though, I was hungry so I had breakfast, lunch and dinner! Not sure I do it properly though as I do have coffee + cream at some point in the morning. I couldn't imagine doing an extended fast though, eating dinner together is too much of a social time/reward? for getting through the day!!1 -

I do, most days. I usually eat lunch, then dinner 4-5hrs later, or breakfast, then lunch a few hrs later. On occasion I have only lunch or dinner. It really depends on how busy I am. I do an extended fast every few weeks. Usually 2-3 days.1 -

I agree with all of you! I also do it. I work from 4am to anywhere between 9 am and noon. So it's pretty easy for me to not eat during that period of time since I am busy. So i generally eat between the hours of noon to 5ish. I also LOVE eating dinner with my family so I like to always have dinner with them even if I am eating something different. I really do feel like it helps with my weight loss. And my skin is bouncing back well for the most part. I have had 3 kids though, so there is that lol. I drink water, green tea, and a cup of black coffee in the morning. I have never done a longer than 24 hr fast though. And the 24 hrs I did do was just eating at like 4one day then eating again at 4 the next day and that was only because I was really busy those days. I could never imagine going an entire day not eating anything lol.0

I honestly bought new batteries for my scale, because I was convinced some funny business was going on. Let's hear it for water weight loss! I think my scale was a bit screwy because today I was up to 175 again, and we went skiing and worked a lot in the snow yesterday. Maybe it's muscle...yeah, that's it!1 -

Tried a new recipe yesterday that was very cream heavy! Didn't loose anything from Saturday to Sunday but didn't gain! Gotta keep my calories down but managed to keep keto so that's good!

Well I'm up 0.4 lbs, so back to 160 instead of in the 150s but I'll take that as we are still away and so that means almost no gain despite hotel, restaurants and a wedding. As for next week, we move into the rental so at least I will have a kitchen again! (unless I set fire to that one too............ahhhhhhh!)0

Updated the spreadsheet this morning. Down 2.2 pounds last week. Have been really sticking to keto and it is paying off!!!!!2

I stayed Keto since Jan 2. Went up a pound this week. I determined I should restrict calories as well. I eat on average 1000 to 1500 a day. I am going to shoot for no more than 1300 and really try to listen to my body and eat only when hungry. I think even tho I eat under 20 carbs, I eat too many snacks that are carb less.

It was a good week overall. My foot is soooooooo much better. Got back into my routine finally and was able to salvage the week. I've also started playing with my food a little bit more to expand my go to meals. Yesterday I had some mascarpone with a bit of sweetener and 2 sliced strawberries. The cheesecake lover in me was singing.
