    Hey guys, how is everyone doing today? I wanted to apologize for not being on here the past few days, school started up again (all online but a crazy amount this semester!) On the bright side I feel much more in control now and Im going to a hot yoga class tonight!

    @bisonpitcher glad your feeling better! This years flu is super nasty!:(

    @laurenebargar one of the bad things of living in such a small town is we don't have cool things like hot yoga. I have always wanted to try yoga, i have tried the videos I just don't feel like i am doing them right. We have a lady that does yoga here but the classes are always doing my working hours.

    I had to take my parents to the "big city" yesterday (about 2 hours from us) and I packed my food and snacks, they always get MacDonald for breakfast, but we did eat lunch out and I tried to make the best choices! I guess we will see tomorrow:0/ I did get home and do my workout!

    The last two weeks I have been going up in weight little by little. Unfortunately I have added stress to my life because my college semester has started again. Thus, I believe my weight going up is because of the cortisol and the stress levels.

    Sorry y’all. I had a horrible week food wise. No excuses for that, I just didn’t care about calories. I’m getting out of my funk today and will start February fresh!

    Hey guys, I wanted to apologize for my weigh in this week, I had a super high salt meal, I had to get a new scale which is registering a few pounds heavier and its been a stressful week, dental emergencies with my husband, hopefully itll go back down and Ill see a whoosh next week!
