Daily Post - Thursday
Work sucks. Had a late bus today, stayed an extra 45 minutes with the kids. So couldn't get to the pool in time but my trainer says there is an open slot in the kickboxing class tonight.
Exercise - headed to the gym shortly for a trainer workout and kickboxing
Track - nope
Calories - so far yes, but.....
Water - nope, coffee - lots of coffee
Goal - just get through the rest of the week2 -

I think I just keep on track better reporting yesterday's info - I'm still pre-dinner and workout at this point for today. And definitely, reporting daily is a big reminder to be mindful in my choices!

(I think last week, I posted the wrong weight. I only lost 0.2lbs last week and that took me to 316.6 not 316.2 which is what I think I posted!) Sorry! Either way my correct current weight today is 314.3. Thanks!

Hello everyone it's me again, I am so enjoying my vacation down here and Charlotte North Carolina. So today I went to Walmart and we bought a whole bunch of Lean Cuisines plus some veggies to go with it and I went to check into the hotel and me and my sister we were relaxing to jacuzzi and then I did some laps in a pool even though my shoulder hurt a little more than so it was great to be in the pool again and swim a little I couldn't get my sister to swim but I enjoy splashing as I was swimming LOL!

Happy Friday. Got some awesome challenges coming next week. I have a business trip to San Diego for a couple of days and I am going to visit a couple of friends while I am there. Let’s see how well I can stay on track.

Exercise: nope, had to much housework to do. Make some more elderberry syrup, hydrate beans, make a flax and chai seed wheat bread, and got some kombucha started. Busy day before I head out Sunday.

Exercise: Yes--60 mins weight training, deadlifts-205 lbs, barbell thrusters-95lbs, lat pulldown, high row and back extensions.

Day/Goals: 30 mins workout, Snatch practice, still learning the Snatch, having a little trouble with it, but today I had a breakthrough and it should really improve now.

Trying to get caught up, my tiny house guest was finally able to go home and I have been enjoying the quiet and playing a lot of Monster Hunter...a lot, and catching up on my sleep...also a lot. Hopefully by Sunday I will be back to my normal routine, but tomorrow I have a lunch with my hubby's family so this should be interesting...0 -

Completed a 24 hour fast this evening and then had a great dinner at Carlos and Charlie’s. I ordered beef on a skewer with grilled veggies. It came with about 1/2 cup rice. It was really good. At home I had a banana with frozen berries and whipped cream. Soooooooo good! This week I also completed a 30 hr. fast and I did doing OMAD every day it one.1 -
