You look great, well done!!2

WoW!! Great job. Keep up the good (and hard) work!1

I really haven't lost pounds since I started lifting, but I went shopping Friday and I'm down a dress size. I am totally fine with that!13
-
I put on my summer shorts this weekend, and they fit, kinda, they are a bit baggy.10
-
My last NSV was that I can slide all my pants off without unbuttoning them! Woot! Oh, and meal prepping! I meal prepped breakfast, lunch, and dinner all last week and it worked out so well that I'm now a convert to the practice. ^_^8

I still have a long way to go weight wise, but my fiancee and I joined a gym we really like and I've made it after work, twice by myself so far...that's a big deal for me! lol14

I recently went from size 16 to wearing a size 10 in pants! Woo Hoo!! Also, I tried some new low carb recipes, like cinnamon rolls and cheesy sausage balls. Very yummy! I want to try making the fathead dough soon.8

I got new slacks - they fit and they are long enough - that's a huge victory for me because clothes just never freaking fit me right!6
-
I shocked myself by realizing that the person I saw in the reflection of large windows was ME!9
-
I ran out of pants that fit. I went to the mall today and left with jeans three sizes smaller than the ones I came in with.11

My size 24 pants are falling off and I don’t own any size 22. I’ve been squeezing into size 20. Today I took a 60 mile trip and just realized I didn’t need to unbutton and unzip to be comfortable.13

Born yesterday - WTF is an NSV?1

New one for me, there was a presentation at work this week where food was provided and it was all sandwiches, crisps and cake. There was absolutely nothing I could eat but instead of giving in and having something just so I could eat I just sat patiently while everyone else stuffed themselves.8

I wear a heart rate monitor strap for Orange Theory and hadn’t thought to tighten it since losing weight. In class the other day, it slipped down while I was running!
Also, I got a lot worse at running since starting keto in February and this week, my runs are all back to my pre-Keto pace!12 -
Someone told me today that I am "fit." That was entirely based on physical appearance.9

I have to do this quite often, as my co-workers all eat during our weekly meetings. Things like chips and salsa, cupcakes, brownies, and ice cream. >_< But I do the same thing, and I insist on them eating whatever they'd like, that I'm really NOT missing out.

Today I put on a pair of jeans that I've had for a long time now that I've never worn because they were too tight and fit me weird. They fit me just fine now!9 -
Remember, you can take the meat/cheese OUT of the bread and eat that, if you're hungry...

@KnitOrMiss That’s actually a really good idea, thanks, I have a birthday party to go to in a couple of weeks and I already know it’s being catered buffet style so I was worrying about it. I can now see myself discreetly dismembering sandwiches!3

I don't worry too much about being discrete when I am dismembering sandwiches.

I've tried: there is no way to be discrete, too many empty bread bits on your plate gives the game away! My advice: stand near a waste bin!3

Just back from the gym (only joined last week) instructor at my body pump class was impressed that apparently I am strong and not scared of lifting heavy and adding weight. I thought I was well mediocre as I am still working out the exercises and my form, so I am really happy with that comment13

Posts like this are why I'm unhappy they got rid of the Awesome button... Like just doesn't do it justice.4 -

Awesome, I now have a vision of pieces of bread being flung around the room!

I am in a clergy collar too. "Get thee behind me!"

Yeah, they don't usually have sandwiches at our meetings. But for holidays they do order meat/cheese and veggie trays, so that's usually fine.
My current NSV: one inch down on bust, waist, hips, and biceps! Woo hoo!7 -
About 6 months ago, I made my 12 year old watch "That Sugar Film." She is now about to turn 13 and ASKED to watch it again. Over the last couple year plus, I have slowly made inroads in improving her diet, and the diet of my wife. Having my daughter WANT to watch that again was great. BTW, if you have not seen it yet, I highly recommend it.6

That is a huge plus, @cstehansen, since I remember you've stated that your partner eats junk vegetarian style. Perhaps they will come around to a healthier way of eating (even if Keto is not for them).0
-
You can do keto as a vegetarian, it's just harder, but I started that way and it does still work, very limiting and boring very quickly.
Low carb vegetarian is pretty easy and has a lot of awesome options for food.
In any case, my arms are half an inch bigger...totally feeling like she-hulk these days!!!2 -
NSV 1: I have no spring/summer clothes. All my clothes became too large.
NSV 2: I went thrift store shopping and liked every darn thing I tried on. THAT has never happened before! I bought everything!
