Comments: Day 2 of training every day. I got in my car to go to the gym, but it was cold and I didn't want to go, sort of hard to make excuses not to go when you have a gym in your basement so I did my workout at home instead of at the gym.3 -

-Had an emergency at work, so I ended up staying way later than planned. So I didn't get to do any weight training, but I did take a break to go walk.
-Drank exactly 40oz today so I didn't hit my target today off 68oz, but today is a new day!

-Drink at least 40 oz of water (water is a struggle for me): Hit 42 oz. Striving for 68 oz tomorrow .
- Write down a positive thought or encouraging quote every morning to start the day off on a good note: Daily affirmation- you are more than enough and determined for greatness.
