So excited! I did 15 minutes on my Total Gym without having an asthma attack and my heart rate is down to 118. I only stopped twice during the 15 min and I also used the resistance bands to work my arms.

Down 31 lbs so far!!! I'm a little discouraged with how slow I am losing now....I'm not sure why. I knew it would slow down after the first few glorious weeks of losing 3 - 4 lbs per week.
You are doing FABULOUSLY!!! I understand though--- the first weeks kind of spoil us-- and then you taper down--but think of it as conquering the big ones and the others will come off. The pounds add up-- just a few a month add up! WELL DONE! You must feel so great!2 -

@CindyJNC1963 Yep, I miss that honeymoon phase too. But you're doing awesome still, 2 lbs a week is 104 lbs a year...so that's something to think about...2 -

Comments: I didn't sleep well last night at all so I slept in all morning until I had to get up for work at noon. I was suppose to workout this morning. I decided to workout after I got home. At first I was going to just do a 1 mile workout but 1 mile turned into 2 and then I thought I just need to go only 15 more minutes and I would have 3! I could complete the whole video. And I did it! I lasted a whole 45 minutes! That's kinda intense since I was already on my feet all afternoon/night from my job. I don't think I will have problems sleeping tonight after that!😁1 -

Sorry for being mia over the weekend. Had my mum visiting and a couple of Christmas dinners booked with local car clubs. So I’m really pleased with this loss, I don’t think I deserve it. Time to knuckle down for a week before Xmas and then it’s damage control to the new year.
