    Ugh, so the kids broke my scale this morning. I'm going to try to pick one up at Target this afternoon, but depending on the available options, I might have to order one from Amazon. My weigh in day is Sunday, so hoping I can get it worked out by then!

    Comments: I've been trying to mix up the cuisine a bit at home so it won't become too boring. I made shrimp and pork tenderloin okonomiyaki (it's like a savory pancake) for dinner. It looks high calorie (it can be depending on what fillings you put inside) but that and the cucumber salad I made to go with it came up to be under 400 calories. It's 75% cabbage, so that helps.     @kearyandjessy I always suggest starting small, maybe find a way to cut 100 calories out of your day, or go for a 20 min walk every day, that all adds up. And it gets easier with time, and results get addicting!
