Comments/Goals: I have extreme 'cheat day guilt' bc I went far beyond reasonably over-eating---I ate sooo much. So now I feel like crap and my goal is to drink water/tea and fast for the next two days to detox from all the sugar, sodium and junk I ate today.

Went to the gym with my kiddos then was informed the childcare center was closed "for the holiday" all day so I couldn't workout, but would be open on Thursday🤦

Good morning team. Time to clean out the man cave. Which is the basement. Also my workout room/also I do models there. I have a treadmill, rowing machine and weights. Need to organize so I can use them' Now the only thing I can use is the treadmill. Have a great day and try to maybe get a few minutes to relax3

Brit, when I detox I drink Bone Broth (unsalted) because it's loaded with collagen and protein and Yogi brand teas--- peach Detox is pretty good, mint "get regular", and Vanilla Spice Energy. Today is day two--- but yesterday I ended with 2 Godiva chocolates---DOH!!!My house is loaded with junk!!! UGH

I'm in the same boat Tina--- I finally broke to 159 last week---now weigh in tomorrow ain't gonna be gooooood----noooo it's not--- sigh.But we push on to 2019--- and set our sights on getting back there!!! YESSSS!!!

@tinak33 You always crack me up. And I think a lot of us are in the very same boat, and it's not the boat I wanted to be in, but it's where I'm at right now. I'm just hoping this month to have maintained and I'll toughen up for January...

Exercise: No official exercise. I did exhaust myself shopping at Costco. I was too tired to do anything else when I got home.0 -
As the end of the year gets closer I find myself looking back at everything. I started out 230 and my goal was to be at or under 15. All though I’m not near my goal I find myself looking in the mirror and not liking the way I look. I think I lost too much weight. It’s starting to look like I’m sickly. So I have decided for my bone structure the 160s is a healthy weight for me.
So now time to tighten up.
