    Under - no (based upon not eating back my exercise calories which I'm trying this week)
    Exercise - yes (35 mins treadmill)

    Very hungry yesterday morning, can't really explain why since nothing really changed. Trying to document when things like this happen so that I can understand how weight loss changes week to week.

    Hello! I’m back from vacation. I really enjoyed myself while there but now it’s back to normal life.

    Don’t be down. Vacation is for relaxing and cutting loose. Glad you enjoyed your time there!
    And that isn’t even that bad for a vacation. I think most of us would be happy with a small gain like that on vacation. You got this!

    MINI CHALLENGE

    Under calories: Yes
    Exercised: Yes - 4 hours working in the yard. Moved a few thousand pounds of logs from one side of the property to the other. Used a trailer but still a lot of walking, picking up and putting down of 20-100 pound logs. Still have double what I did today to move. All a small part of a large yard renovation plan :)
    Steps as of posting: 17,726

    Small win of the day:
    Drank a lot of water while working outside. Usually don’t stay too hydrated on yard work days. Did good today. :)
