    @kidkees, it sounds like you finished the week strong! Your weigh-in day isn't actually until Sunday. Are you weighing in early?

    not sure what is happening as my diet hasn't been great and very little formal exercise tho I have made my step goal of 11k or more every day, but I'm not complaining - lol

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, I'm going to consider 3 hours of window shopping then grocery shopping as more then enough to cover the 20 min a day challenge, I also did a little housework later in the evening
