Exercise just did some weeding but did use the wheel barrel a number of times to take the grass waste to the curb.
Today was a really good day. I just woke up today and told myself today is the day to get back on track. We even had to change dinner plans at the last minute (chicken wasn’t defrosted enough to cook on the BBQ grill). But I just checked how many calories and grams of carbs and fat I had left in the day and didn’t go over that for dinner. Not gonna like I’m a little hungry, but I’ll make myself a cup of tea and call it a night. Hope you all had s great weekend.4 -

Stay on track today although my body was sore today didn't really have a appetite but made sure I ate all my meals with the exception of evening snack. But drinking my herbal ice tea with honey and lemon concoction

Exercise: Rest day but decided to do a little exercise anyway. I found my old 5 lb dumbbells and did 3 simple weight exercises. I would guess it took about 15 minutes. Also did 5 squats. Only 2400 steps.

Lotsa walking in the city today--great weather, finally!
I had a lot of celebratory eating this weekend I'll have to make up for--- and so I did not meet my goals for calories (though I was under bc of my workouts) or macros this weekend. So.... tomorrow is a clean slate--- working on cleaning up the diet and sticking to my IF schedule.
And another week starts--- wishing you all a great week, to hit our goals and do our very best!

Lots of work this week - just going to control my diet - and try to get in a few cardio classes. Hope to get in some weight sessions as well.

Had a really off-track weekend food wise--- and starting to fall into the trap of trying to work off a lot of bad food choices at the gym. 🤦🏻♀️
Feeling that a weird combo of stress and celebration has won out these past few weeks. And I know that I need to focus on my diet again.... the irony is that I made through the holidays eating sensibly and 6lbs lighter. 🤷🏻♀️
Everyday is a challenge we must face--- and life is made of choices.... time to choose wisely.

Yeah... I had all the intentions of tracking, but with eating out, and the snacking... and yeah.... it didn't happen.

I'm kind of annoyed. My weight has been really low all week. It was 212.8 yesterday....but today, of all days, it decided to jump up. Oh well...I know I haven't cheated so I probably just had too much salt yesterday or something. On to another week and another month.5 -

Don't fret you're probably right your water retention levels probably up. As long you're on the right path keep it up and the scale has no choice but catch up👍🏾👏🏾2 -

That's right👍🏾 stay positive and soon the scale will be going in the opposite direction as long as YOU DON'T GIVE UP! Trust me I had many days of up before I had downs and still get some ups from time to time but we do need to remain st4ing💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽1 -
