 I went to Buti Yoga three times this past week, and I think that helped! I also just signed up for another stepbet to help keep me motivated for the next six weeks! It will include a week spent at my in-laws, which will be hard. I am hoping it will be the perfect excuse for me to fit in a couple of walks!3

 Shocked but not shocked! I stepped on the scale 5 times just make sure, lol. I actually did very well with my food intake and did so much walking and physical activities this past week and weekend that it definitely paid off. Definitely gives me motivation to keep active and continue to watch what I eat. 😁

 Yes, I have heard really mixed reviews on that...too much $$$! I may re-buy the one I have, it's just old and has been jumped on so many times by my daughter lol. But I did like it for about 4 years, it was accurate! Thanks!1

            Good Morning, Team!
 This past week on our weekly challenge we watched our macros. How did you do?
 Today’s challenge is to try to increase our water each day. Last night, my husband woke up at 3 a.m. with a horrible leg cramp. This can be a sign that you need more electrolytes and water. I try to have 64 oz. of water a day. I don't always make it but this week I'm going to focus on that to be sure I get at least 8 glasses of water each day.

 I feel like I keep losing, then gaining back the same couple of pounds. We ate out a lot last week & I don’t think I do a great job of estimating my calories when eating out. Next week, I expect to be back to 161 1 1
