    Hi all
    The day is pretty much over here in the UK although I'm on a nightshift so a few more wakeful hours for me. I find eating right and exercise so difficult when I work this shift as its long (13 hours with 45 min commute at either end), leaving little time for much other than sleep. But this morning I managed a walk with my dog for an hour after I got home, so at least I moved.

    Last week: 297
    This week: 283.4
    (13.6 lb loss) I weighed myself 3 more times and it showed the same amount. I know most of it is probably just water weight! However, I'm just going to accept it and be grateful it's gone!!

    @pandygirl19, Well done!! I like your attitude....you know it's mostly water, but you also know it's gone, too!!! A great way to kick start your weight loss!!

    Not off to the best start this week. And with a 4 day weekend for 4th of July the back half doesn’t look promising either. I gotta find a way to get back into this

    Family weekend for Canada day detailed my eating a little. I was watching to be sure to eat healthier options and less treats but I had no clue how to input.

    @abowersgirl, I hope you at least had fun! Maybe it won't be as bad as you think if you were trying to be consciously aware of what you were eating? Regardless, you know the solution...drink lots of water and get moving!!

    I have been consistently walking for the past several days. It didn’t take me long to get into a rhythm. I actually look forward to walking at least an hour every day🤗.
