    I broke even this week. I am not overly surprised as I didn't make the best food decisions this week. On a more positive note, I am keeping up with the exercise.

    I guess I've been living under a rock!!! I didn't know that the MFP app had a place to scan the bar code of my food! Could it get any easier?! Love it!!

    Don't feel bad. I just recently learned how to pull in recipes from the blog and save them to my recipes and even log it in my diary. That's really cool. Some of the recipes have been wonderful!

    15 min hiit. Learning how to run the treadmill on that lol.

    Review ing my last 2 weeks of goals and plans to see what i can do to improve weightloss chance.
    One thing i notice there was __ i ate again after my work outs .but i read some place your suppose to.
    This week i am going to skip that an my snacks.
