I agree with @jenready in that we shouldn't build our happiness around the actions of others...while I'm not with you specifically on camping (ewww the bugs and sleep on the ground, you're kidding right?!!), but I'll chime in with a hearty, "You do YOU, Boo!!!" LOL Hope you have a good time...and don't get eaten by the bogeyman man, ok?!

I lost most of the water weight I picked up from traveling and TOM!! 🎉 Most of all my legs feel better! I retain water in my legs and feet and they get so big that they actually hurt!! I did some research and came across a natural diuretic called dandelion root and let me tell you, it works!!! So I have definitely been getting in the fluids to compensate for that.

@kmfeig87 We hit 100 today, but with the humidity, the heat index was 115...supposed to be even hotter tomorrow. I wish it would rain, but none of that til Tuesday...Not sure i'll be going out tomorrow, but I've been walking my house for most of the afternoon, so that works too...I'm up to 9600 steps today!

Not that impressive really. Last week I had been out celebrating my birthday. I said screw keto, IF, whatnot. I had a5lbs gain overnight due to that, so that weighin was not really an honest weigh-in. HOWEVER, Assuming I did not have that 5lbs gain, this still leads to a 2.2lbs loss which I am really happy about Except now I'll have expectations...6 -

I was basically a slug yesterday. It was way too hot to do anything so I in my house and didn't do much of anything.2 -
Week four group challenge
My 3 goals this week:
1) 13,000 steps per day & 20 flights of stairs (1000 steps & 10 stairs over my norm)
2) 10 minutes of meditation (Thanks.... I like this one!)
3) 15 minutes of cleaning or decluttering per day2 -

Thanks for the challenge this week. Mostly sort of hit the challenges yesterday. Although I forgot to specifically do the walking, I did get 12,000 steps (and got up after going to bed to do the last 450!) Dance accomplished in zumba, stretching accomplished in zumba & cross fit warm up and cool down. Drank a ton of water (about 21 glasses). Didn't add salt....but did drink chicken broth! Ate extra fruits and veggies (oops....doubled my carb intake!) And did not eat fast food!
I'm down the pounds I added last weigh-in plus another....hoping to hang on to the loss until Thursday!
