Exercise: Yes✅ I walked around my office complex for a quick .81 miles, did 2 days worth of cross training since I missed Tuesday with weights and the kettle bell.
Goals/Day/Comments: I was determined to get in both Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s cross training days in. And I found out my body craves cardio.

Ugh. Summers killing me. Just up and down. I’ve lost some control. My goal, if I can’t lose, is just to stay in the 190’s. There’s one more month of summer vacation and then I’ll return to a school schedule. I haven’t given up continuing to lose I’m just working on maintaining right now! Sorry guys for not contributing these few months. 😕

Calories: eh...over my target, under if you include exercise (I actually prefer not to eat back many (if any) of my exercise calories - but I've needed them the last few days...
    Water: yes 100+ oz
Exercise: yes - 30 min trainer session

My allergy symptoms are somewhat better today. I definitely felt better after working out yesterday - a least for a while. Due to the timing of this attack, I'm starting to wonder if certain foods don't exacerbate the symptoms. Full disclosure here - I don't "technically" have seasonal allergies. I've been tested. The best we've been able to figure out is that I am very sensitive to various atmospheric changes, i.e., changes in barometric pressure. Which, yea - I'm not allergic to anything, but boo - they can't do anything to prevent it either. Anyway...I've been doing much better the last few months. So now I'm wondering if something in my "splurge" meal on Wednesday just took my slight allergy symptoms and blew them way up. [sarcasm]This should be fun to figure out. [/sarcasm]

In case I don't get back on here for a few days - i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

    Week: July Week 4
    PW: 195.8
    CW: 191.8 Booyah!

Saturday completed a Spartan Sprint for the first time, it was awesome. I learned where I am deficient so after I finish my marathon in November workouts will be shifted to do these type of races much more, maybe go for the trifecta next year. Average about 10250 steps a day, took it a little easy to rest up for the race. Ready for another awesome month!
    Nice loss
Had a big "scale" victory this morning. I made it into the 180's....barely....189.9, but I will take it. It was the first time I have been in the 180's in many, many years.

    Fantastic

So I am going to allow myself til weigh in tomorrow and then I’m getting back on track with tracking and exercising. I actually didn’t eat terrible yesterday, but then I had ice cream for dessert. And I did go for a slow jog this morning. Lol. Hard to get back on track after everything.
