HAD A GREAT CONVERSATION WITH MY NUTRITIONIST YESTERDAY,,,,, IT WAS TIME TO MAKE AMENDS FOR MY LACK OF CONSISTENCY.... I HAVE SET GOALS FAILED AT THEM..SET THEM AGAIN TO ONLY FAIL AT THEM AGAIN....
I HAVE DONE THE SAME HERE.... BY NO MEANS IS THIS A PITY PARTY... IT'S LIVE AND VERY REAL...
I HAVE DECIDED ALONG WITH MY PTSD//SOCIAL WORKER COUNSELOR AND MY NUTRITIONIST THAT I AM GOING BACK TO ATTACK MODE. EVERYONE ON MY MEDICAL TEAM AND YOU WARRIORS ARE GOING TO BE MY
SHADOW X-117... IT'S NOT THAT I AM CALLING YOU A WAR DOG BUT A PARTNER AS HE WAS.... HE JUST HAPPENED TO HAVE 4 LEGS AND FUR.
SHADOW WAS MY PARTNER FOR 5 YEARS AND HE POINTED ME AND THE TEAM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO FIND AND DESTROY THE BAD GUYS HE NEVER EVER LET ME DOWN... HE WAS ALWAYS ON POINT AND I AM HERE TODAY BECAUSE HE SACRIFICED HIMSELF FOR ME....
I AM USING MY MEDICAL TEAM AND YOU WARRIORS TO DO THE EXACT SAME THING AS SHADOW DID FOR ME.... HIS NOSE EYES SMELL HEARING AND HIS BITE WAS 100X'S BETTER THAN MINE EVER THOUGHT ABOUT BEING... THIS IS REAL AND IT'S WHAT ADDICTS HAVE TO DO.
IT'S THAT TIME TO DO WHAT ADDICTS HAVE TO DO.......ACCEPT IT FOR WHAT IT IS BECAUSE I NEED TO MOVE FORWARD.
TEAM WORKOUT WARRIORS I AM TRULY SORRY TO YOU THE TEAM FOR MY INCONSISTENCIES AND FOR NOT AT THE TOP OF MY GAME AND MY ABILITY... NOW AS A TEAM LET'S MOVE FROWARD TO THE AUGUST CHALLENGE
NOW THAT BEING SAID....WITH THE REAL SHADOW AT MY SIDE I AM ONCE AGAIN ON THE HUNT.... I WILL DESTROY WHAT EVER GETS IN MY PATH, THAT WILL STOP ME FROM ATTAINING MY GOALS, I WILL BE TRUE TO MY CALLING AND HAVE THE MINDSET OF PAST... THE CODE WHICH I LIVED BYGREG'S WARRIOR CODE

I can't find the August thread but am posting my steps here to round out the month. Even if they are too late, I still got in my 10,000 every day. It's not easy with my desk job I was worried that I wouldn't get them in while on vacation as I was in the car quite a bit but got 'er done! Only two nights did I half to walk around the hotel a few times
