    🔹 1 hour+ of cardio/day
    🔹 Black morning coffee
    🔹 Maintain IF schedule
    🔹 No food after dinner
    🔹 Log food
    🔹 Water: 100 oz.+/day
    🔹 Steps: 10K+/day

    And luckily I do not have any in the house. And I live in the country so I can’t walk to a store.

    Thank goodness I don’t have any :)

    My husband has cheese in this house! I am going to restrain! ☺️☺️😘. Dinner is over and one of my goals is nothing after 8PM.

    I love going and doing a little time with insight timer free app, awesome! Focus changed!
