    Heya folks!!

    Do you mind very much if I share my daily tea with you when I report steps? I’m loving these loose leaf teas so, so much and they are a calorie free (or very low cal) way to indulge in a craving each night.

    Here’s what I’ve enjoyed so far this month:

    Dragon pearls (green)
    Forever nuts (herbal)
    Organic namastea (green)
    Grapefruit granitas (green)
    Raspberry cream earl grey (black)
    Movie night (green)

    And today’s tea: chocolate covered almond (black)

    I love teas and to your point no calories or very low!! It has really helped me at night. Love you sharing!

    ✅ 1. Intentional renew mind at least once - Yes
    ✅ 2. 11,000 steps - 15,736 wow didn't realize I had done that many
    ✅ 3. Track all food - Yes
    ✅ 4. Exercise - yes walked at lunch
    :s 5. NO late night snacking - So disappointed in myself. Ate because I became frustrated at setting a stupid alarm clock.
    ✅ 6. Gratitude journal - Yes
