My daily goals (Saturday)
1. 10,000 steps yes ย 22088
2. Calories under 1500 no 1900
3. 30 minutes exercise ย Yes 132
4. Log all food ย yes
I was so worried about not getting exercise, I walked 4.5 miles and did squats, bench step ups and pushups in the morning, but then ended up skipping football game and biking & walking all over so geat exercise day! Burned 1156 calories according to my watch! However I did exceed my calorie goal (but still feel good overall).

I am very happy. Yesterday was a great day. At lunch I ate my food and thought I was still hungry. I told myself I could eat more in 20 minutes. I obviously wasn't hungry because I just remember now that I had done that.
Had a few late night binges last week but I am working on the whys!!!!!

WOW WHAT A WEEK LAST WEEK WAS... WE REALLY TOOK IT TO THE OTHER TEAMS....THAT MEANS WE WILL HAVE A RED DOT ON OUR BACKS AND THEY'LL BE COMING FOR US ... LETS NOT DROP THE WAND AND KEEP THIS ROLLIN DOWN THE HIGHWAY.

@Navydaddjtc Good for you on the treadmill. It's so helpful, I think, to have some exercise equipment at home and no need to drive anywhere to get in a workout - easier to fit in a quick workout.
@kdv12 Inspiring weight loss and I love how you waited when you thought you were hungry and the feeling passed! I would like to use that technique more!

Do you mind very much if I share my daily tea with you when I report steps? Iโm loving these loose leaf teas so, so much and they are a calorie free (or very low cal) way to indulge in a craving each night.
