Down 0.8 pounds since last week and down 31.9 pounds from my highest weight but just re-losing weight I just keep re-gaining. Need to lose 4 pounds to get back to my June weight of 134.2 pounds.7 -

Sorry I am a day late 🤦🏻♀️ But oh man I got it back down!! Found out I probably have diabetes, going to my Dr on the 21st. Could explain a ton of things. Good news: I ran 3.22 miles yesterday!!! Didn’t stop once! 1.5 miles this morning. 😬 I may beginning to love running 🤷🏻♀️

I know I have only been doing this for two weeks now but I am feeling good and feel a difference with the working out. I know it is too soon to see really results even though I feel like my appearance should match how I feel and it doesn't. BUT my son likes to point out my "wings" and this morning I asked him if he notices a difference. He said not a big difference but there IS a slight change. I'll take it!!!6 -

Good morning friends! I went a little rogue this past week, did not make many healthy choices and ate restaurant food A LOT. I'm starting to realize consistency is what I need to fight for, not perfection.

I turned 40 this week! Celebrated with treats, wine, cake and ice cream. And it was glorious! Now, back to normal. Happy Weekend!4 -

I fell off the wagon so hard, I think I broke something - my MOJO 😢. But gonna try to get back to working out this week. It makes me feel strong when I'm in the zone... I just need to get back there and get the feeling again 👍
