@MellOnTheMove Great loss! Yeah, mfp kept giving me error messages all last week too. I think that they should fire their tech monkeys and just hire real monkeys. Real monkeys would have a statistically higher probability of accidentally fixing something.1

@Starshine15 Great to hear updates from you! I hope that it sells soon and for a fair price for you! Do you live in a high tax area? That deterred me when I was buying a house. I wouldn't buy a house ANYWHERE in Clarke Co. because the property taxes were 3x's higher than surrounding counties and the property values were lower.1

Only 4.4 lbs to go to reach October's goal weight of 273 lbs by next weigh-in. I'm going to work extra hard this week to meet or hopefully surpass it. Wish everyone the best as we are slowly approaching the last week of this challenge. 😄 💕2 -

Week 2 weigh in - 71.6kg!
Decided to go to the gym at 9am. Big mistake. It was packed full of so many svelte looking, barely dressed young males and females. I fumed for a while and gave my head a wobble for being so uncharitable and irritable! So off to the showers I went and went in to work.
I fried yams for dinner. It was thinly sliced and crunchy and I ate a lot! A lot! It left me very bloated and made my reflux 1 million % worse. 7pm, I got off my *kitten* and walked to the gym. 1 hour cardio grit later and I was still very bloated with the food repeating on me. I waddled off the the shower and bed.
Now the gym was completely empty at 8pm. The studio takes at least 50-60 people. There was just 3 of us there! We had a blast running the length and breadth of the studio for running squats.

Woke at 5.30am and decided to go for a walk instead of the gym. Spring has definitely sprung and it was awesome weather! 11k steps.
Fasted 18 hours today as I went out to lunch with an old workmate

This week have skipped breakfast for two of the three days and found myself craving sweets and thus eating desserts. Have also not eaten enough vegetables. So for the next few days am going to refocus on the following goals:
-Eat breakfast!!
- Incorporate vegetables into every meal
Have company coming in on Friday and hosting a big 50th bday bash on Saturday so know I will be indulging in Birthday cake and margaritas on Saturday so want to eat clean and low fat the next couple days.0 -

Full day fast and a very small meal for dinner. Only 20 minutes walk today as my knees and hips ache. So I'll dial back on any strenous activities for the whole weekend.
