I keep trying to post on the weekly challenge but my app keeps quitting on me! So I’ll just post my steps for now and try again through the website.

My trigger food is chips and salsa — also, add on the margarita. 🍹 Since I love 💕 Spicy 🌶 Mexican food I make swaps so I can still enjoy the salsa. I use celery sticks and instead of the margarita I enjoy matcha 🍵 green tea.

Another thing when I am craving sweets, frozen grapes 🍇 does the trick for me. Slows me down to think! 🤔 Have a great day!

DAY 5: TRIGGER FOOD TO GIVE UP
...anyone who knows me, will say CHOCOLATE (sweets) are my trigger food.... I had a pretty good hold on eating a minimal amount once I reached my goal last February--but I've slipped up a lot since then. Sooooo.... 👇🏻🙅🏻♀️🍫

I am sooo glad you were cleared---I've had two DVTs in my right leg over the years--- scary stuff.... take care of you! I try to go low sodium as much as I can too. It can be tricky--I'm learning that some foods I never suspected of containing high sodium levels do--like cottage cheese!!??? REALLY🤨🧐😮
