I dont know what to say but i will need to be dropped from team for while.
I wont be able to keep up on much compared to doctors. They said i need to rest alot to just keep up strength.

Week 4 weigh in - 69.6kg!
Weighed myself today and I'm finally under 70kg! I find it interesting that I haven't been to the gym all week- have walked daily and fasted at least 20 hours and it's been the week of my biggest drop!
