    @ConfidentRaven - I feel like walking it so underrated when people try to lose weight. Everyone thinks they have to go hard at the gym but moving more in your every day like by just walking makes such a big difference!

    @Shortgirlrunning & @ConfidentRaven I agree!! I lost my initial 80 with walking--- lots of walking, plain and simple.

    @ConfidentRaven Kai your "excuse" post is awesome--thanks for sharing. I like your points about your love hate relationship with exercise---I felt very much the same when I started out 4 years ago-- and it's crazy to think now how I am so addicted to exercise and used to hate it so very much.

    Also the small increment session of walking-- 15 -20 min.---on days that I struggle to workout-- I shorten my sessions to several 20 minute ones spread throughout the day.... and it adds up fast!

    No Eating Out 🚫 I’ve been craving Chipotle for like a week and half and I knew that if I had it today I’d still be okay calorie-wise since I doubled up on cardio so I gave in. Once in three weeks is still great progress for me as I used to regularly eat out 3-5 times a week

    11/8 - 14,527 πŸ˜€ I thought I was going to get an extra 1000 or so steps in at the hardware store but then my husband decided he no longer needed whatever it was he was going to get. Still happy at 14,500ish though!

    No eating out (Well I did eat out but I was good and had a salad with the dressing on the side.) :)
    Get more sleep ( :s not so good on this one today only 5 hours of sleep.)
    Drink more water---Did okay 90 oz.

    @SLIMn2016 Nancy, same here - I feel so lucky to be part of such a wonderful team!!!! Thanks for your words about NSVs. Good point that we need to look at the overall progress not just one measure - important to remember!

    @ConfidentRaven Kai I love your live frog analogy & your suggestions to get some exercise done first thing to start the day off well, as well as your idea to do the shopping AFTER dinner. Smart one!!!

    Went to a retirement party & really held back on drinks & food & managed to stay within calorie goal! Even skipped home-made baklava by Greek host. Feel great today! Good start to the weekend. Thx for the tips/focus on weekend eating!
