Calories: about 100 under:)
Tracked: yes:)
Net carbs:35:) Fiber 11. Need to find a way to increase fiber. I should probably just add a high fiber tortilla for an easy 10grams.
Weight: 181.8:( Up 1lb again. No worries. It looks like I go 1 up, then 2 down:)
Exercise: 30 min walk in the snow. It felt good. I didn't take the dog hoping I would walk faster but walking on snow is difficult. So I only covered 1.6 miles (2.5 km).
Water: 7 cups:)
Snacking: nope:)
Sleep: 8hr 24mins:-))
Bedtime: going in one hour, at 11:30pm:)

Exercised?: No (Severe smoke haze visibility < 1km, warnings not to exercise outsize)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Severe smoke haze today (and expected tomorrow). Government health warnings to limit exposure to outdoors and not to exercise outside. Even the few times I have been briefly outside for a few minutes makes the eyes water.
Will try get some bodyweight exercises done tonight, but have not done any as yet, so it's a no unless I post more later.
Mentally a slightly better day today. Also daughter is spending a few days with aunt and cousin camping near a river. This also means my wife and I get some downtime (which I think we both need).3 -

I don't know why, up .8, I was in hovering around 164-165 all week, really thought I was going to have a nice loss... hoping it is just water weight, maybe too much sodium in my dinner last night. I stepped on the scale 3 times thinking it was broken! Not going to let this derail me... but maybe I will cut back on eating so many of my exercise calories.4 -

Hi team,
I am falling into my post holiday struggle; this happens literally every year! But I am trying to catch it early. For some reason, my eating goes off the wagon in January. Who knows...but I know what works and I need to "go public" so I can feel as though I have some accountability. (My log is public, so knowing folks can look helps me!) I need to say NO to sugar Just...NO. So, this week, no to sugar! No treats, don't need 'em! Thanks for reading team! Everyone is doing so well, it's so inspiring!3 -

Sleep: good 8 hours last night

Made good choices, stayed on track. Added to knowledge by learning how many carbs. Are in a lot of different foods. Always can look it up but it’s nice to know what foods to go to more than others.1 -
@looneycatblue, I hate it when that happens. Hang in there, friend! Drink that water.
@abigail659, take it, for sure!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Gym workout - 10 minutes on the treadmill (MFP totally deleted it twice so I've given up logging it), 15 minutes on the recumbent bike, and 20 minutes on the circuit
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes1 -
@lacatgirl I hope you get to feeling better. Having the stomach bug bites.0

Severe smoke haze again today (was reported as worst air quality in the world - worse than Delhi or Shanghai). Government health warnings to limit exposure to outdoors and not to exercise outside. Still eye watering outside.
Daughter called late to say she needed to come home early (60 minute drive each way in the dark).
Weigh-in tomorrow morning. Two days of enforced non-walking, so not expecting a loss.2 -

I am sorry I missed last week! I was out of town visiting family and at a work conference for the past two weeks. I didn’t have access to a scale the first 9 days and never found the fitness center for the few days I could have possibly had one. There was an earthquake in Puerto Rico while we were there, and weighing in became not important. We got back on Sunday. We were in Georgia, Alabama, and Puerto Rico over fifteen days. My weight is up, but I think it is due to eating restaurant food, alcohol, and and the flight.
It was down today to 136.8, so it is on the way down-thank goodness!
I am kicking it up a notch with some exercise this week to get back on track. Sorry my weigh-in was late and my lbs. are up!6 -
Good morning!
@sillycat1975, try to determine beforehand just how much cake you will have and maybe that will help. It's a trigger food for me as well, so I totally get the challenge!
@Audreypawdrey, glad you're seeing a downward trend and so thankful you're safe after that harrowing trip!
@craigo3154, hope the air quality improves for you soon! Praying for Australia!
Today we’re looking for a weigh-in from:
@awakenbeauty51
@Kenyaa3
@shalvy2007
@sparklydragons
@tuddy315 - great loss! Congrats!

This past week has been hectic for me with starting uni again after the break. Got a few exams and pieces of coursework due in the next few days so haven't been doing as much exercise as I want to but I've been doing a bit here and there. I've mainly managed to stay within my calories - only one day I was a little over. My schedule should calm down again by next week as the deadlines all clear up so hopefully I'll be able to be more active both here and in real life4
