    Calories: couldn't track but possibly a little bit over? I went out to lunch with my son and we ended up at a Chinese open buffet. Tried a few bites of most things. Never going back there again; everything was super salty -and sweet (as in baked seafood with sugar, stir fried veggies with sugar, yuck). For dinner I made something with almond flour. Dont know what to call it:) It was like a slice of polenta -with feta and mustard greens. Super delish!

    Weight: 180.3. Going down too slowly but going down:)
    Exercise: Nope. On top of that, Fitbit says I had only 5K steps:(
    Water: 6cups:(
    Snacking: yes:( A handful of peanuts right at midnight.
    Sleep: 4hrs 40mins:( Went to bed early but got up at 2am and couldn't sleep
    Bedtime: midnight

    Not a very goal-oriented day. But my son was feeling well enough to go out so I'm happy. Aaand we had a wonderful school day.

    Not unexpected. 2 days of non-exercise due to air quality and generally poor week mentally. Keeping roughly on track so no cause for alarm.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 20 minutes on the recumbent bike, 6.47 miles; 8 a.m. walk Ollie and Zoe (neighbor's dog) - 15 minutes, .45 miles; 4:00 p.m. walk with both pups-15 minutes, .45 miles (total 6173 steps, 9.47 miles)

    Exercise? Yes 30 mins in my living room watching my DVR episode of The Bachelor. My dogs think I’m crazy, they watched me walk around my coffee table for 2.5 miles. 😂 They literally think I have issues but I have to get the exercise in.

    I’m hoping for some good sleep tonight because I only managed 4 hours last night. 😩

    I hope my child wakes up feeling better in the morning. It’s been a long day.

    Not concerned about being up 0.2 pounds in the course of 5 days, especially since I was 141.1 pounds yesterday!
    So glad I turned things around for today's weigh in by making myself eat healthier, eat proper portion sizes, and exercise.

    I'm tired tonight, my son stayed home today because he was feeling bad. Luckily, my oldest daughter was home and I was able to go to the gym. I need a good night sleep. I have to go take my daughter tomorrow to get a endoscope because she's having upper GI issues. I just want to go to bed and absorb myself in TV. OH, and I want my head to quit hurting too. I am full of complaints but I'm still breathing and that means I'm still living and that's a big thing to be thankful for!

    I am so stressed about the weekend. I have been so diligent with my calories, and now it's birthday party time. Tomorrow starts the birthday but it will carry on over until Saturday evening. I don't know when I will have time for they gym. I guess I will just have to walk in the neighborhood even if it's dark outside. I don't like getting out of a routine. But we are going to celebrate our 9 year olds Birthday and make it one of the best he's had yet. We are going snow tubing!
