Thanks! My workouts seem to be what I'm doing consistently. That jumping jack workout is tough! By the end you've done 300 jumping jacks plus the other exercises. I can't always do 50 jumping jacks at once, so I do as many as I can then rest for a few seconds and continue. It sure gets my heart rate up.

It’s been an interesting week. On my medical note I finally got the results of my biopsy and they came back benign. I was elated! So I tried quitting the antidepressant/anxiety medicine they put me on, and I became extremely sick. Nausea vomiting, shaking, hot flashes, so I went back on it. Guess I’ll just stay on it till I go back 5/11. I just hate being on any type of medication.
There were so many questions I forgot to ask when I was in with my oncologist because I was so emotional. The main one is when can I get my port out? I think for the moment they aren’t doing any unnecessary procedures. We had to wait in the car for them to come out and get us when they were ready for us. Then they escorted us straight in to the room to see the doctor. They are doing an excellent job at social distancing there.
On the home front, towards the end of the week Wayne and I are doing nothing but arguing again and I’m not sure we will make it much longer. I love him dearly but I’m tired of him treating me the way he does. I deserve better.
At work they are trying to do a better job of social distancing, but people around here just don’t listen. I saw in the news that Harrisonburg ranks worst in the state for following social distancing guidelines. They based this data off of cell phone pings in the area.
I hope everyone is staying safe and things are going well!

@pacsnc6 Attitude is everything! They told me this when I first started treatment and I whole heartedly agree! I had my days when I felt bad, but I never let it get me down during treatment! I’ve always been grateful just to be here another day! They told me my smile was infectious, so I tried to maintain that positivity throughout and bring a little joy whenever I could! Stay strong and if you ever need to talk just holler!

@sleepymom5 You, Jim, and your family are in my thoughts and prayers! I hope everything is going well!
@ EVERYONE with dog pics! I absolutely love them! They are all so adorable!
@tryingagain5 your workouts look brutal! I am absolutely in awe! Great work!
@nstephenson01 I’m glad you came back, and that your husband made it home safely!
@KUMEcyclingteam you are hilarious! I loved the horse on the turkey pie. Your mom is lucky to have you!

That's wonderful news that your biopsy was benign!
What do you do for work? Sorry, can't remember. Apparently Michigan is not listening either. I think we're now 1st in the number of cases. Not something anyone wants to be first in.
Thanks! The workouts are tough! And I only shared the two. Since the gym is closed, the other workouts I've been doing are from their fitness on demand account. (those I'm not able to share). There are a lot to choose from and I've been picking the really hard ones! I want to be just as strong when everything gets back to normal.

@timibotkin I live in Harrisonburg. My daughter just showed me that report. People are not taking it seriously yet as much as they should. My job is classified essential so I have to report to work. Starting Monday we will receive hazard pay. That’s awesome but not really if you or your loved one lose their life.
I was so relieved to hear about your results. Hang in there. Relationships are not always easy especially when your dealing with health issues as well. Hugs to you.
@Cafelelia let me know what extra help you might need. Thank you so much for all that you do!

@phoebe112476 welcome back! You have done a great job keeping your weight in check. For me my goal weight is 142. That’s right at my healthy BMI. I sometimes think it would be great to drop 5 below that but my clothes start looking a bit too loose. I have gotten down to 138-139 and yes that was fun. But I’m such a foodie that it’s hard for me to maintain. Sorry to hear about the health issues with your family.

@phoebe112476 I can’t imagine what you’re going through. You sound like a very loving and dedicated mother. I wish you all health and happiness. I’ve always been a person who lives by routines and lately I don’t even know what day of the week it is.

    Saturday 3/28
    Food: on track
    Water: 48 oz
Exercise: 15 minutes low intensity bodyweight exercise, 30 minutes high intensity fitness on demand video, 15 minute walk with a couple of neighbors, 30 minute walk with another neighbor

I didn't do anything with my day today, except exercise, reading and talking to people to check up on them. For some reason I had no motivation to do anything today.

I got a text from my boss last night saying they might be starting a partial shift sometime next week. it would be 1st shift hours and they're going to pay time and a half, which tells me they know it's high risk for us to do it. It's on a voluntary basis so I don't have to do it. I've thought a lot about it and don't feel at all comfortable with it so I'm not going to do it. I was talking to some of my neighbors about it and one immediately said not to do it, especially because of my health history. Because he said that makes me feel better about my decision not to do it.

Sorry I'm late with this. I had been so unproductive for the past two weeks and then got into a groove building the new website for the launch of my new company and stayed focussed on that.

    Weigh in Week: week 4
    Weigh in day: Friday
    Previous weight: 154.5
    Today's weight: 155.6

I'm not surprised and hope I can get my equilibrium back soon. I signed up for the free month free trial on Peleton. I'm coming around in some other areas of life. I'm sure I'll find my footing and get back on the right track soon.

Hope you are all well. Tomorrow morning, I'll catch up on your posts of the last few days and say hello. Big hugs.

@phoebe112476 I am blown away by your courage and strength. You probably don't feel courageous and strong, just that you are doing all the things that need doing, but you are keeping a lot of people protected and loved. I think it must be your name! My daughter is a Phoebe as well, and she is also made of seriously strong stuff. The hardest thing right now is that you can't easily ask for help. But everyone here, and many others I am sure, will do anything we can to keep up your spirits, remind you to sit down and take 5 deep breaths a few times a day, and let you know that you are amazing.
