    My Numbers:
    SW: 341.8
    CW: 310.2
    GW: mini-goal is 299!
    LTGW: 150

    Weigh-ins: Fridays
    8/6/21 = 314
    8/13/21 =
    8/20/21 =
    8/27/21=
Total WL/G for the month= I would love to hit 299 but I don't see that happening. I'll shoot for around 305 and see what happens!

I'm a daily weigher, even though I don't log it in MFP daily (I use the Happy Scale app for daily weigh in's) and with today's weight, I have broken the 30 lb lost mark. Still so, so far to go - but I'm trying to set mini-goal weights so I continue to feel motivated. I have lost at least one pants size, and am in 2X instead of 3X tops now so that definitely feels good! :)

Mini goal weights are the way to go!
I celebrate every 5 and 10 lbs lost, any weight that ends in a 0 or 5, every BMI category change, and so many others. It keeps me motivated!

299 will be arrive in no time!

My personal goal for the month of August is to get back to my lowest weight and lose 5 more pounds!….kind of ambitious but I am up for the challenge!…I am tired of playing around just because I feel comfortable at this weight…

    Aug. 1 244.8
    Aug. 9 242.8

22 days to lose 2.8 more pounds and hoping for a few more!….I am really working hard right now and no urges to binge!

    Today is 199.8
I've been hovering around 200, which actually, I'm surprised it is so low! I expect to be retaining a good amount of water currently and for the next 2 weeks, just given where I am in my cycle.

Anyway, tomorrow we leave for Alaska, so all bets are of for the rest of the month lol. I expect to eat close to maintenance while we're gone, so between that and the long flight, I'm expecting some extended bloat when I get back lol. But not a bad pre-trip weight to start from. Not bad at all.

What a good place to start from! Are you guys taking a cruise up from Vancouver, or going to one of the fishing lodges, or just meandering around?

My in-laws live in Anchorage, so we're flying in and staying with them. We'll mostly do some various day-trips around Anchorage, except for this weekend, when we're taking a trip out to go hike on Matanuska Glacier. We are planing on one full fishing day too (I can't wait to bring a big box back home with me). Last time we came back with a box of salmon and a box of halibut, rock fish, and cod. Fingers crossed!

Can't remember where the conversation about heart rate was happening! So I'm updating here, where it probably belonged.

My heart rate is dropping again - I was thinking it was my change in diet this past week. It's down to 51 today...from 55....on my way to the high 40s again.

But then it dawned on me. This probably has more to do with the weather!? The past month we were in a heat wave - and this week it has cooled down a bit.

Always some number fun on the horizon!

Wouldn't be surprised if the heat played a role in the daily scale numbers too.

Ha, got the double digit by a hair! Not since my military service days (more than 17 years ago!) have I seen that number on a scale, feels surreal in a way.

Next stop, Obese class I classification in eight pounds time. Onwards!

Wow, @Dante_80 Losing that much in a week is usually a newbies good fortune. That must feel pretty good.

I'm not sure which double digit you are referring to?

Here in Europe we use kilograms as a measure of weight. My current weight of 99,9kg is a double digit figure! I think the last time I wasn't 100 or more kg was in 2003.. B)
