    Thursday: Wow, Friday EVE again! Got the request for my incident report filled out. Now to get the report.

    Hot and humid. BUT today is supposed to be a little cooler. I hope so!

    Friday: We made it to FriYaY. Wow. Seems to be such a quick week.

    Got my incident report yesterday from the hospital OF COURSE, I was not surprised to find inaccuracy. So, that has to be addressed. That’s a process. But I am getting the paperwork needed to get it corrected.

    Hope it’s a good Friday!

    Deby: LOVE that twirling daisy!

    Karen: The humidity ratcheted up, so no real relief, but come Monday, should be a different story, so they predict.

    Good luck w/the 16 hr. fast!

    I need that, because with covid rising and our hospitals full I skipped Zumba in the park

    I was up early and for a great start to my day B)
    I went for a 20 minute hike and 20 minutes of lower ST on the stairs.

    Hi All, things are good here in sunny Ottawa. Humidity has finally broken and today was busy with walking, yard work and cleaning/sorting out freezer. My daughter turned 35 today! She is away in Victoria and Vancouver on a vacation/ work trip.

    Nice daisy ..funny chicken..those stairs look like a great challenge!

    Its sunny..nice..I am decluttering..walked yesterday at BED and bath..a quick in and out visit.
    Grocery store too.😷

    Yard guy cancelled😫..said he is coming tomorrow.. I bought doughnuts for him and I assume a helper..

    Saturday: Well, we were able to have our Saturday morning breakfast in person. It was just the 4 of us.

    HOT HOT HOT. This is supposed to break on Monday. That will be good.

    Have some stuff to bring to Goodwill today.

    OH I was going to sign in for my mammogram on 09 August. My shoe stuck to the floor and I fell forward hitting my nose and mouth. Netted 4 stitches in my lip. Had those taken out on Monday last week. Feels much better and can barely see now that I face planted.

    An incident report was filled out @ the time and I got it to make sure the information was correct. Found inaccuracies, so that has to be corrected. Oh well.

    LOL! Yeah, waiting for that therapist picture, too.

    Just a quick check in. We travelled to my sister's place. It's great to see her and bro-in-law. Caught up with Col's brother and sister-in-law too. It has been so long. Travels are going well. The weather is just turning into spring so some days are warm, some cold. Today it's windy and cloudy!

    It's sad..lazy boys. I guess its ok.The entire city is full of weeds.
    I was trying to pull them..I just pray for the 2,000 Afghanistan people that are here and, for Hurricane victims. :(

    Monday: The start of another work week. Looks like today is going to be a bit cooler than it has been. Ready for that!

    Jason has a meeting in Lake Geneva (about 2 hrs. from us) on Wednesday, so I am going to go with him. We’re going to take Miss Lilly. There are lots of places for us to walk (Miss Lilly and I) while Jas has his meeting. So, it will be a change of pace.
