Much better day today. We went to dinner with some friends. I did well with the meal, steak and vegetables with a glass of red wine. However, I split a sticky toffee cake with my husband for dessert. That sent my over calories a bit.2 -

This week my nemesis, stress eating, reared its ugly head. We’ve had so many teachers out because of Covid that we’ve had to double up or work on our prep. Thank goodness I managed to get a workout in every day or today’s weigh in could’ve been a lot worse.4 -
