    My knees have been acting up this week, but I have been making an effort to get up and walk around each hour at work.

    Happy Friday, Downsizers! Here's my check-in:

    2/10:
    Calories: 1,167
    Exercise: 60 minutes strength training and stretching
    Steps: 7,930

    My knees are pretty sore from physical therapy yesterday - if they feel better, I'm going to try to get on the elliptical today. I'm going to be extremely busy today and through the weekend. We have our big PetExpo this weekend - it's the largest fundraiser that we have for our animal rescue each year. Please keep your fingers crossed that people attend - we had to cancel last year because of Covid. I hope you are all having a great day!!

    Take care of your knees. Do you think the physical therapy is helping? Good luck with the fundraiser!

    I didn't take lunch to work so I got a burrito. BUT I got a vegan burrito so no extra calories from cheese or sour cream.

    Great way to save calories!

    Good morning friends!

    I have to really give myself a kick up the bum and remember to post on Tuesdays....but I am here, albeit a few days late!

    PW- 323.2
    CW- 323.2

    I didn't realise until I put it into this post that I maintained haha. That'll do I guess

    My eating has been out of control this week already.... just can't seem to get back into the swing of things. Today I'm going to do a meal plan for the rest of the week.... set myself up for success a little bit! The week isn't completely over!!

    Congratulations everyone on the great losses.

    @MeowScout wishing you great success. Health issues and the fear of covid were what propelled me to lose weight. You can do this!

    Good evening everyone. Have a great weekend and use it to recharge your batteries.
    Check in for 2/11:
    Steps - 3127. Ouch.
    Calories - 1700
    Exercise - none. My dizziness was better so I went to give blood. Turns out my iron was to low so I couldn't give. I can't go back for 2 weeks. I will try to raise it. I am now wondering if that could be causing my dizziness. I pretty much stayed home.

    Finally am meeting my hydration goal. Who knew switching from carbonated water to still water would make that big of a difference.

    Awesome loss! Congrats on not smoking for a week. It takes a lot of determination to do that.

    @Outdoorsy_Canadian
    Glad you had a good birthday! Are there any good hiking trails you want to tackle? My son is an avid hiker and has hiked all over Ontario.

    @rwood566
    Glad your dizziness is better. I take an iron supplement everyday that doctor prescribed. There are a ton of foods high in iron. Do you like liver?

    @mari_moulin
    Fantastic loss! How are you and your family feeling with the Covid?
